Seated occupational activity, one-sided attitude and too little movement will quickly lead to shortening and painful movement restrictions. The motion workout counteracts that with varied exercises. The training consists of posture and movement training, complex stretching exercises and active Mobilization techniques. Complete stabilizing strength exercises the exercise program.
