We are in the process of setting up the X-Step TV studio for the online classes. Technology plays some tricks on us - but we don't give up! Therefore we will first provide you with some recordings from the last online plan.

The following applies to all X-Step members: Visit as many appointments as you want, regardless of your X-Step membership! We want you to keep moving
